Entrepreneurs, VCs and Tech Enthusiasts to Converge on June 10
Scottsdale, Ariz. June 9, 2014 — Apriva, the leading provider of secure end-to-end wireless transaction and information solutions, today announced its sponsorship of the TechCrunch Meetup in Austin, Texas on June 10, 2014. In addition to sponsoring the main event, which includes a Pitch-Off between entrepreneurs, Apriva will also be sponsoring an exclusive, invite-only investor dinner featuring the venture capitalist judges of the competition at Second Bar + Kitchen on June 9.
The TechCrunch Meetup and Pitch-off in Austin will feature startup companies currently in stealth or private beta. Each company will have 60 seconds to pitch their startup to a panel of notable venture capitalists and TechCrunch editors with the winner receiving a table in Start Up Alley at an upcoming TechCrunch Disrupt event. The Pitch-Off will be followed by a networking event for all sponsors, participants, judges and TechCrunch editors.
WHO: Apriva participants will include Stacey Finley Tappin, senior vice president of sales and marketing communications for North America, and Brian Sadowski, senior vice president of information technology. In addition, the events will include TechCrunch editorial staff, venture capitalists, investors, entrepreneurs and tech enthusiasts.
