Company Will Showcase Apriva POS™ Universal Application, Mobile Commerce Offerings

Among the solutions that will be displayed include its Apriva POS™ Universal Application, which allows merchant services providers to deliver compliance and feature updates to disparate terminal families simultaneously, as well as AprivaPay™ Mobile, its full-featured mobile commerce application. Through small push updates delivered at settlement time, merchant services providers can update combinations of dial, wireless and IP terminals in less than five minutes, compared to current methods which may take as much as 40 minutes for dial terminals. Merchants can receive these updates without taking their terminals offline, mitigating any disruption to their business.
In addition, Apriva will demonstrate its AprivaPay Mobile mobile commerce solution at the WSAA conference. An intuitive, user-friendly application, AprivaPay Mobile turns iOS and Android devices into mobile point-of-sale terminals, enabling merchants to process card-based payments, as well as record cash-based sales. Merchants can set sales tax rates and incorporate tipping right into the app, providing convenience for customers, and ensuring that all income is properly recorded and distributed. AprivaPay Mobile also incorporates an integrated search feature that facilitates specific transaction retrieval, as well as an easy-to-use configuration tool that allows merchants to leverage bar codes and images to create specific inventory groups to expedite sales.
