Session Will Highlight the Value of Big Data to Help Improve the Customer Experience

In his presentation, Sadowski will explain why businesses should leverage available data to achieve core business objectives. Using real world examples, Sadowski will describe the steps businesses can take to cost-efficiently retrieve and interpret data to help develop a deeper and more satisfying customer experience.
