Apriva Senior Executives to Speak at ETA Strategic Leadership Forum

CEO Chris Spinella and President Paul Coppinger To Discuss Emerging Trends for Mobile Payment Solutions

Scottsdale, AZ October 17, 2011—Apriva, the leading provider of end-to-end wireless transactions and secure information solutions, announced that Christopher Spinella, the company’s chief executive officer, and Paul Coppinger, Apriva’s president, will speak at the Electronic Transactions Association’s (ETA) Strategic Leadership Forum, scheduled for October 25th-27th at the Palmer House Hilton Hotel in Chicago. Mr. Coppinger will participate in the event’s Mobile Commerce Summit, and will deliver the presentation: “Separating Signal from Static: Virtual mCommerce/Mobile Marketing,” scheduled for 12:40 pm on October 25th. Mr. Spinella will take part in the Strategic Leadership Forum’s CEO roundtable discussion: “Is This A Revolution or An Evolution?” which is set for 10:45 am on October 27th.

He will also offer insight into the many regulatory and compliance factors that will shape the industry as more and more merchants and consumers look for mobile payment solutions as a preferred means to conduct business

Mr. Spinella’s roundtable discussion, “Is This A Revolution or An Evolution?” will address the opportunities and challenges facing both legacy payments providers and newer entrants to the market. The session will touch on a number of subjects that are integral to the success of mobile payments providers, including evolving privacy and security mandates, the interrelationships between payments and marketing, advertising, and fulfillment, and the challenge of meeting customer requirements in an ever-changing atmosphere.
