Apriva Names Brian Sadowski Senior Vice President for Information Technology

Industry Veteran Will Oversee Engineering, Operations and Partner Support Activities

Scottsdale, AZ, September 4, 2013 — Apriva, the leading provider of end-to-end wireless transactions, gateway services, and secure information solutions, announced that Brian Sadowski has joined the company as senior vice president for information technology. In this capacity, he will be responsible for engineering and operations for Apriva’s core point-of-sale (POS) gateway, as well as overseeing the technology and support services for the company’s network of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Value Added Resellers (VARs).

With some 25 years in information technology, Sadowski has spent the past ten years within the payments industry. Before joining Apriva, he held executive positions with several leading providers, including Mercury Payment Systems, Xerox Business Services, and TSYS Acquiring Solutions. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland, and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
