AprivaNET provides a unique and important new tool to Acquirers and their merchants making compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) achievable and affordable. AprivaNET is a comprehensive PCI DSS compliance management service and the only solution of its kind that offers a guarantee. The AprivaNET solution uses a secure Ethernet/Wi-Fi router with patent-pending technology. The technology ensures network security by building a firewall to separate payment transactions and Internet traffic, and to shield local systems from ingress and egress attacks.
AprivaNET is a fully managed service including active management and monitoring of merchants’ networks through Apriva’s Network Operation Center, (NOC) twenty-four hours per day, seven days a week. The NOC is equipped with sophisticated tools enabling Apriva to remotely manage and monitor the AprivaNET service and routers.

Trustwave’s TrustKeeper®, an on-demand compliance management technology, will deliver the tools necessary to validate PCI DSS compliance such as the appropriate PCI Self-Assessment Questionnaires and the required quarterly network vulnerability scanning. In addition, Trustwave will also offer merchants security log monitoring to manage the collection, review and storage of logs, satisfying Requirement 10 of the PCI DSS.
