Apriva Executive Brian Sadowski to Discuss ISV Partnership Opportunities at TRANSACT 2014

Session Will Describe How Acquirers and Developers Can Collaborate in the Mobile Economy

Scottsdale, AZ, March 26, 2014—Apriva, the leading provider of end-to-end wireless transactions, gateway services, and secure information solutions, announced that Brian Sadowski, the company’s senior vice president for information technology, will participate in a panel discussion at TRANSACT 2014 on the collective revenue generating opportunities facing merchant services providers and independent software vendors (ISVs). TRANSACT 2014 is managed by the Electronic Transactions Association, and will take place April 8-10 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Resort in Las Vegas. The session, “ISVs and Merchant Services Providers: Partnerships That Lead to New Growth Opportunities,” is set for April 9 at 2:45 pm.

In the session, Sadowski will describe the role of the ISV in the mobile commerce ecosystem, and explain why these software developers are looking to partner with merchant services providers to quickly deliver new features and capabilities that can include mobile marketing, loyalty, and geo-location services that are appealing to both businesses and consumers. Sadowski will also discuss how merchant services providers can benefit by partnering with ISVs to facilitate the transaction processing, and by offering an expansive channel to reach multiple merchants.

“Partnering with the ISV community offers merchant services providers a chance to deliver state-of-the-art features and services to an increasingly hungry marketplace,” said Stacey Finley Tappin, Apriva’s senior vice president for North America sales and marketing communications. “Brian’s session will help both providers and ISVs understand how they can efficiently collaborate to incorporate payment functionalities into the next generation of mobile commerce solutions, and expediently market these offerings in a competitive, yet highly receptive market.”
