Apriva and Way Systems Announce Partnership

Apriva Becomes a Reseller of WAY Systems Wireless POS Services; Apriva Certifies WAY Systems Terminals

BOSTON, MA; SCOTTSDALE, AZ; NOVEMBER 30, 2006: WAY Systems, a leading provider of mobile phone based POS solutions, and Apriva, the leading wireless solutions provider, announced today the reseller partnership between the companies as well as the certification of WAY Systems’ Mobile Transaction Terminal (MTT) family on the Apriva Intelligent Gateway.

WAY Systems’ Mobile Transaction Terminals combined with Apriva’s Intelligent Gateway services now offers the most comprehensive PIN-based debit card support in the industry. WAY Systems’ Mobile Transaction Terminals exceed Payment Card Industry Standards for credit card and PIN-based debit card transactions as well as the latest transmission and end-to-end security required by the payment industry. MTT products are available in models for processing credit-only, credit and debit and smart cards.
