Prominent Financial Executive Joins Apriva’s Management Team

SCOTTSDALE, AZ, November 27, 2006 -- Apriva, a leading wireless solutions provider announced today that David Riddiford has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Riddiford is a CPA with twenty years of comprehensive experience in finance, accounting and business at publicly traded corporations. He will be charged with overseeing Apriva’s financial operations. Mr. Riddiford has served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer at The Dial Corporation, a public company with $1.3 billion in sales, and most recently as Chief Financial Officer for Action Performance Companies, a public company with $350 million in sales.
