ExaDigm and Apriva Join Forces to Offer XD2000 Terminal for GPRS, CDMA, WiFi and Ethernet

SCOTTSDALE, AZ, September 28, 2006 -- Apriva, the leading wireless solutions provider announced today the completion of Class A Certification of ExaDigm’s XD2000 Terminal for GPRS, CDMA, WiFi and Ethernet.

The integration of Apriva’s wireless technology with the XD2000 represents a first for the payments industry. Acquirers can now deploy a single unit in four configurations on a variety of the largest processors with a single hardware provider and a single gateway solution provider. The combined solution from ExaDigm and Apriva provides merchants with a mobile terminal that is not only secure and easy to use, but offers them the convenience of choosing the network connectivity that best meets their needs. Within seconds, the XD2000 terminal can switch from WiFi to cellular or cellular to WiFi, ensuring the ability to access the wireless coverage offering the best connectivity.
