you to add, modify, or delete Customers, Terminals and Applications.

Account
Setup/Search. This feature enables you to easily locate
your customer/company via a search agent.
Your
Account. This feature enables you to view your
own data in addition to add, modify, and remove data from your own
account.
Full
Device List. This feature enables you to view
a list of all devices that are currently assigned to you or your customers.
Back
Office User List. This feature
enables you to add a new user to the Back Office User List or update
the data on users currently on the list.
Login
This feature enables you to login to a selected customer’s account
as a guest.
Customers.
This feature enables you to add new customers, modify existing customers,
remove customers and restore previously remove customers.
Deleted
Accounts Report. This feature will enable you
to view any deleted customer account within 90 days of the deletion.
Applications.
This feature enables you to add or remove applications from a customer’s
account.
Profile.
This feature enables you to limit the devices, network and processors
you assign to each of your merchant account(s).
Merchants.
This feature enables you to add a new merchant. This procedure is
performed after adding a new customer and Applications and before
adding Devices and Terminals.
Devices.
This feature enables you load new devices, modify existing devices
and delete devices.
Device Transaction Report. This feature
will allow you to query for the open batch activity for a specific
device, without login into customers account. Utilize this tool to
assist with problem resolution.
Deactivated Device Report.
This feature will enable you to view any deactivations that have occurred
within 90 days of deactivation.
Terminals.
This feature enables you to add new terminals, modify existing terminals
and remove terminals.
Contact.
This feature enables you to add merchant contact information as well
as download identifier(s) also known as a Site ID or a Bank Marker
Codes.
Notes.
This feature enables you to create notes in your BackOffice. Utilize
this feature for general notating, tracking issues, billing inquiries
and all other Customer Care/Merchant notations you may need for future
reference
