Christopher Spinella is a Co-Founder and CEO. Chris has more than 26 years of management experience in the health care and technology industries. Chris co-founded Smart Technologies, Inc. in 1996 and in 1999 merged this company into Apriva in order to continue the development and advancement of smart card technology and wireless applications. Chris was also a Co-Founder of NetSearch, LLC, a wireless application company that was acquired by Aether Systems in April 2000 and was the Chairman and Co-Founder of Zanova, Inc., a B2B e-commerce company that was acquired by Onvia in July 2000. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Arizona State University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Paul Coppinger is a Co-Founder and President of the Apriva Point of Sale Division. Paul oversees strategic and operational management for Apriva's Point of Sale Division. Paul has more than 24 years of management experience and under his leadership, has pioneered the development and delivery of sophisticated systems and solutions in more than 30 different industries and encompassing many diverse fields and disciplines, such as: payment processing, mobile and internet-commerce, wireless communications, information security and voice-over-internet. Paul was a Co-Founder of NetSearch, LLC, a wireless application company that was acquired by Aether Systems in April 2000. Paul was also a Co-Founder of Zanova, Inc., a B2B e-commerce company that was acquired by Onvia in July 2000. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Arizona State University.

Mike Klingen is a Co-Founder and Chief Architect. Mike is responsible for reviewing and improving existing systems by making use of new technologies and methodologies. Mike has more than 24 years experience in developing sophisticated software solutions. In 1990, Mike co-founded APPS Software and applied his expertise in the design and development of software applications in more than 30 different industry sectors including e-commerce, wireless communications, encryption/security and voice-over-internet. Mike was a Co-Founder of NetSearch, LLC, a wireless application company that was acquired by Aether Systems in April 2000. Mike was also a Co-Founder of Zanova, Inc., a B2B e-commerce company that was acquired by Onvia in July 2000. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Arizona State University.

David Riddiford is Chief Financial Officer. David is a Certified Public Accountant with 20 years of comprehensive experience in finance, accounting and business at publicly traded corporations. Prior to joining Apriva, David served as Chief Financial Officer for Action Performance Companies, a public company with $350 million in sales. David also served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer at the Dial Corporation, a public company with $1.3 billion in sales. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri.

Len Sutton is Chief Security Officer. Len is responsible for Apriva's compliance implementation, validation and auditing as well as business continuity plans and enhancements for the company's IT infrastructure. Len has more than 25 years experience in managing successful, large-scale initiatives in the credit card and payment services sector. Prior to joining Apriva, Len served as VP of Information Security and Compliance for Global Payments, Inc. Len holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Florida State University, and he is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Lisa Terminiello serves as General Counsel for Apriva. Lisa provides legal support and advice for the company's executive management team and board of directors with an array of business, legal and regulatory issues. Prior to Apriva, Lisa served as General Counsel for Bone Care International, Inc. Lisa earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.

William Clark is Executive Vice President for Apriva Point of Sale. Bill is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution for Apriva, including operations, marketing, sales, client services, and product. Bill has more than 20 years experience in sales, marketing, product development and management. Prior to joining Apriva, Bill worked at First Data Resources - card issuing and First Data Merchant Services - acquiring, where he pioneered the delivery and sales of emerging technologies ranging from internet banking to new merchant services such as on-line chargeback management, RFID and IP enabled terminal products, and the release of 3G wireless products. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Management from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from University Nebraska Omaha.

Candee Ferris is Senior Vice President of Operations for Apriva Point of Sale. In this role Candee is responsible for managing Apriva's day to day operations, including enterprise policies, objectives and initiatives. Candee directs a team of quality control product engineers, project management staff and customer care representatives to ensure that Apriva's processes run smoothly. Candee has more than 20 years experience in enterprise operations management. Candee previously held executive management positions with Avent, Pinacor/MicroAge and Supermarkets General Corporation/Pathmark. Candee holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix.

Patty Heit is Director of Information Technology for Apriva Point of Sale. Patty joined Apriva in 1999. She has held positions of increasing responsibility since then, culminating in her 2006 appointment to the position of Director of IT. In her current role, Patty leads a team whose responsibilities include the data center management in addition to a team of web developers responsible for new product development and ongoing website management. Patty has been instrumental in the design and implementation of the Apriva Gateway solution and the establishment of the data center. Patty earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and MBA from Arizona State University.

William Robertson is Director of Software Development for Apriva Point of Sale. Bill leads the software development efforts for Apriva's Secure Point of Sale and Intelligent Gateway Systems. Bill is responsible for the software development process and for ensuring that quality remains high while product development cycle times are kept at a minimum. Bill has 25 years experience in software development. Prior to joining Apriva, Bill was responsible for the development of smartcard based payment systems, including card applications, point of use device applications and transaction processing back-end systems with interfaces to financial networks. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business Administration with emphasis in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University.
