Christopher Spinella
Chris Spinella has more than 24 years of management experience in the health care and technology industries. Chris was a co-founder of Smart Technologies, Inc. and merged this company into Apriva, a company that he also co-founded, in order to continue in the development and advancement of smart card technology. Chris was also the Chairman and co-founder of Zanova, Inc. a B2B e-commerce company that was acquired by Onvia in July 2000 and a co-founder of NetSearch, LLC, a wireless application company that was acquired by Aether Systems in April 2000. Chris received a BS degree from Arizona State University and MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Paul
Coppinger
Paul Coppinger is a co-founder of Apriva and oversees strategic and operational management of Apriva's Point of Sale Division. Paul has more than 20 years of management experience and under his leadership, has pioneered the development and delivery of sophisticated software applications in more than 30 different industry sectors including e-commerce, wireless communications, encryption/security and voice-over-internet. Paul was also a co-founder of Zanova, Inc. a B2B e-commerce company that was acquired by Onvia in July 2000 and a co-founder of NetSearch, LLC, a wireless application company that was acquired by Aether Systems in April 2000. Paul earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Science in Engineering from Arizona State.

Mike Klingen
Mike Klingen is a co-founder of Apriva and is responsible for reviewing and improving our existing systems, making use of new technologies and methodologies to seek continual improvement for existing systems and new product development. Mike has a 22-year history of developing sophisticated software solutions. In 1990, Mike Klingen co-founded APPS Software and applied his expertise in the design and development of sophisticated software applications in more than 30 different industry sectors including: e-commerce, wireless communications, encryption/security and voice-over-internet. Mike was also a co-founder of Zanova, Inc. a B2B e-commerce company that was acquired by Onvia in July 2000 and a co-founder of NetSearch, LLC, a wireless application company that was acquired by Aether Systems in April 2000. Mike received a BS in Computer Science in Engineering from Arizona State University.

David Riddiford
David Riddiford is a CPA with twenty years of comprehensive experience in finance, accounting and business at publicly traded corporations and is responsible for managing Apriva's finance, accounting and financial reporting functions. David has served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer at The Dial Corporation, a public company with $1.3 billion in sales, and most recently as Chief Financial Officer for Action Performance Companies, a public company with $350 million in sales. David graduated from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting.

Len Sutton
Len Sutton is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (C.I.S.A.) with more than twenty-five years of experience in managing successful, large-scale initiatives in the credit card and payment services sector. He was founder of Secure Technology Systems, an information systems consulting and audit service company. He also served as VP of Information Security and Compliance for Global Payments, Inc., Senior Manager of Price Waterhouse Coopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) and VP of Information Technology for SunTrust Bank. As Chief Information Security Officer, Len is responsible for Apriva's compliance implementation, validation and auditing as well as business continuity plans and enhancements for the company's IT infrastructure, and for all major business processes.

Kevin Pickens
Kevin Pickens has fifteen years of experience in intellectual property law including private practice, independent consulting and ten years as in-house patent counsel for Motorola. As Apriva's Intellectual Property Counsel he is responsible for issues relating to patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets, with a primary focus on the development of Apriva's patent portfolio, strategy and processes.
